  Action Door and Window are great. I had a new Liftmaster automatic garage door opener put in with a keypad. The technician Jacob was really great. He did a great job installing it and after he was done he took the time to explain how it all worked. But what was best was that he arrived exactly when he said he would. I hate when companies say one time and arrive an hour later. He was right on time. I highly recommend Action Door and Window in Elyria.

  I called Action about a garage door repair. Pete was able to help me find a technician to come by later that day. I received another call telling me that the technician was on his way around the time scheduled.
  Tim was able to assess the repair and told me it was a quick fix. He was very courteous, got the job done efficiently, and was thorough.
  My experience with Action was good. They were upfront the cost and well organized.
  I would refer Action to anyone!
  Oh and... Be sure to ask about the 10% discount when they come to your home. Every bit counts
