  Overall no complaints. Everyone has always been friendly. I like the online pay option. The only issue I had was recently when I went to the my unit my lock was replaced with a "see manager" lock. When I went to the office they informed me that a trainee had cut my lock instead of the unit next to mine and that she meant to call me. I had to get a new lock and keys also. Not a huge deal... but the weather right now with the wind chill is subzero. What should've been a simple offload ended up taking a lot longer with testing the lock, all the keys, plus they had to remove their locks. Oh and a call from them would've been nice.
  
  However that was the first issue!
